Welcome to the home page of the Science Communication Research Unit.
The Science Communication Research Unit of the Faculty of Health, Sport and Science undertakes ground-breaking, multi-disciplinary theoretical and empirical research into the modes, methods and media of science communication and popularisation in the 21st Century.
‘SciComm’ was officially inaugurated in January 2007 following approval at Departmental, Faculty and Directorate level of an application drawn up by Professor Mark Brake and colleagues in HeSaS.
